Founded in 2025 to deliver a sought-after Leather-Based Dance Experience—not just a party—H.O.L celebrates the iconic beginnings and traditions of queer leather culture while spotlighting the new voices of todays leather, BDSM, and kink culture and community.
Founded in 2025 by Gabe Real & Matt Consola, The House of Leather (H.O.L.) delivers a sought-after leather-based dance experience that celebrates camaraderie, self-expression, and a vibrant subculture within the broader landscape of identity and sexuality. Created by the community for the community, H.O.L. honors queer leather culture’s iconic roots—from the era of Tom of Finland—to its evolution into today’s dynamic BDSM and kink scene. Inclusive, sex-positive, and immersive, each event amplifies diverse voices and adapts to its host city by showcasing local talent, vendors, and charities.
H.O.L brings together iconic imagery and decor, dramatic projections, live bootblacking, leather & kink vendors, community outreach, and four cutting-edge tech house and house DJs spinning across multiple rooms. We do not play Circuit Music. This is a modern and diverse Leather & Kink experience for a new LGBTQAI+ generation.
